01Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and carries no obligation. You pay the installer or technician only if you hire them.
02Who are the installers and technicians?
They are independent professionals and companies who applied to our partner network. We check their licence, insurance and references before they are listed.
03Do I need a Renwaves design first?
No. You can ask for an installer at any stage. If you already have a Renwaves design, mention it in your request so the partner can work from it.
04What happens after I send my request?
We share it with partners who cover your service and area. They contact you, and you compare their quotes and questions before choosing.
05What if there is no partner in my area yet?
Our network is still growing. If we cannot match you yet, we tell you honestly and keep your request in mind as new partners join.
06Who is responsible for the installation work?
The partner you hire. They are independent from Renwaves, and you agree scope, price and terms with them directly. We vet partners but do not carry out the work ourselves.
07I am an installer. How do I get listed?
Register on our partner page. Registration is free, and approved partners appear in the directory and receive matching requests.
