Just your site address and a recent utility bill. Drawings or floor plans help but aren’t required. We reconstruct geometry from plans, photos or public data when needed.
Q02 Do you sell or install equipment?
No. Renwaves is engineering-only. We earn no commission from any brand or installer, and our advice is never shaped by sponsorships. You always choose the brand or device model. Your report simply names the technically and economically best options.
Q03 How accurate are the simulations?
Across monitored projects, our annual models land within ±6% of measured consumption. Every deliverable states its assumptions, climate source and uncertainty range explicitly.
Q04 Can you work with my installer or architect?
Yes, happily! We review contractor quotes, check layouts against the calculations, and stay available during installation so the built system matches the modeled one.
Q05 What does a typical project cost?
Fixed fees, quoted before we start. There is no hourly surprise. Single calculations start small; combined simulation + design packages are priced per building size. You’ll get the exact figure with your scope in < 48h.
Q06 Do you work on family homes, or only businesses?
Both. Family homes are our core: right-sized heat pumps, PV + battery, phased retrofits. The same ASHRAE-aligned method scales from a single apartment to a logistics campus.
