01Do you design systems, or install them too?
Design and calculation only, no crews, no hardware. You get the sizing, layout and specs, then your installer builds it. We stay available if they have questions.
02Which of your services do I actually need?
Depends on the project. Homes usually start with PV System Design or an Energy Audit, commercial buildings usually start with Building Energy Simulation. Not sure? Get Expert Advice first and we’ll point you the right way.
03Can you work with my installer, architect or contractor?
Yes, happily. We hand over SLDs, calculations and specs your team can build from, and stay available engineer to engineer if anything comes up mid-project.
04How does pricing work?
Fixed fee per scope, quoted before we start. No hourly surprises. Half upfront, half on delivery, and you’ll have the exact number within 48 hours of applying.
05Do you only work in Europe?
No. Climate databases like TMY3, NSRDB and Meteonorm cover most of the world, so projects outside Europe are routine for us.
06Is AI involved in the calculations?
We use AI to speed up modelling and drafting, but every deliverable is reviewed and signed off by an engineer before it reaches you. AI handles the heavy lifting, a human owns the final numbers.
